Thank you for supporting handcrafted artisan work. Because each piece is made by hand using traditional Mexican weaving techniques, please allow additional time for your order to be prepared with care.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (US): 5–7 business days after processing
• International: 10–21 business days after processing

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Handmade Nature of Products Each item is uniquely woven by hand — slight variations in color, pattern, and size are a natural and beautiful part of the artisan process. These are not defects.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Tejidoamanoshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
